Timan Khoubian, Esq.

Timan ("Tim") Khoubian oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, including client service, settlement efforts, and the processes that move matters efficiently from intake through resolution. He works closely with the firm's attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams to ensure consistent case handling, exceptional client service, and strong case outcomes.

Tim completed his undergraduate degree at UCLA in 2004, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then worked two years as a litigation consultant, working alongside parties in a broad range of civil litigation, before returning to UCLA — where he earned his law degree in 2010 with honors (Order of the Coif) and his MBA from UCLA Anderson as a Carter Fellow.

Before joining The Lemon Pros, Tim spent more than a decade in investment banking, private equity, and real estate, most recently as a Managing Director at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners. There, he oversaw the legal, operational, and investment aspects of the business across greater Los Angeles.

Tim's combination of legal and business experience informs his approach at The Lemon Pros, where he focuses on training and supporting the firm's teams, working closely with clients, and helping ensure that each matter achieves the best possible outcome.
